Andrew Cumming

Andrew Cumming is a senior Partner with Cumming & Partners. Mr. Cumming’s practice areas span a wide variety of cross-border matters, including U.S. and Canadian immigration law, cross-border estate and tax planning and all facets of wealth management law for Canadians. Mr. Cumming is the author of the best-selling book Florida Bound: The Essential Guide for Canadian Snowbirds.

Mr. Cumming is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Canadian Tax Foundation, the Florida and New York Bar Associations, the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Tax & Estate Planning sections of the American Bar Association. Mr. Cumming is a member in good standing of the New York and Florida State Bars, and is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada (Ontario). Mr. Cumming earned his Juris Doctorate law degree (cum laude) from the University of Miami (Florida)
