Ian Goés is a Partner at Cumming & Partners. Mr. Goés has extensive experience with corporate and business immigration matters. Mr. Goés specializes in assisting companies and their employees to resolve cross-border work and travel issues. In addition, Mr. Goés works with entrepreneurs and qualified businesses to secure investment and treaty trader visas.

Mr. Goés is a member of the New York State Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Mr. Goés has practiced law for over eight years in multiple jurisdictions. His academic credentials include a Masters of Business Administration Degree from Nottingham University, England, and a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Birmingham University, England.
