Magda Kapitany
Magda Kapitany is a Senior Legal Assistant with Cumming & Partners and plays an integral role in the administrative management of our firm's corporate immigration practice. Ms. Kapitany’s expertise covers the gamut of U.S. immigration matters, including the preparation and processing of H-1B, L-1, TN, J, O and P non-immigrant visas, and applications for permanent residence on behalf of international managers and executives as well as for individuals with extraordinary ability.
Ms. Kapitany holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and is currently completing her Legal Assistant Diploma at Seneca College.
