Mindy Tessler-Scott

Mindy Tessler-Scott is a Partner at Cumming & Partners. Mrs. Tessler-Scott is experienced in all aspects of corporate, employment and family-based immigration matters. In particular, Mrs. Tessler-Scott has extensive experience with extra-ordinary ability petitions and training/exchange visa applications. Further, Mrs. Tessler-Scott has assisted numerous artists and entertainers in obtaining work visas.

Mrs. Tessler-Scott is a member of the Massachusetts Bar, the American Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She earned her law degrees (B.C.L, L.L.B) in addition to a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from McGill University (Montreal, Canada).
